Chuck Fletcher made a move today

It was expected.

With the absence of Joel Farabee for tonight's game against the Anaheim Ducks, the Flyers have recalled forward Hayden Hodgson from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.


It's obviously great news for him. Hodgson played five games with the Flyers this season and registered 2 points. However, I really thought that the team would've recalled Wade Allison, he who is on fire in the AHL.


Of course, there's the fact that the Flyers only have one regular recall left until the end of the season, but still.

Good thing to know : the Flyers can't call-up/send down Hayden Hodgson, Cam York and Max Willman as they already have been recalled.

This year, Hodgson has 19 goals and 31 points in 46 games with the Phantoms.
