It is clear as day as to why Tortorella seemed off and not like himself, this organization has been deemed ''sabotaged'' by general manager Chuck Fletcher by many fans, and it's just the facts. Despite the Flyers suffering several serious injuries this off-season, Chuck Fletcher has sat back and twiddled his thumbs while many other general managers would act on the tough losses and attempt to figure out an immediate soloution.
