Could this trade proposal involving Carter Hart be fair for the Flyers?

The Flyers waited a long time to have a real starter in front of their net. And they got one in Hart. However, it's always interesting to see trade proposals, and to ask ourselves if one or both team(s) involved in it could accept it.
On the other hand, the Oilers are still looking for a goalie. Mikko Koskinen and Mike Smith are just not good enough, and it could cost them a spot in the playoffs.
Corey Pronmann, from The Athletic, published an article where he proposed trades to some NHL executives and they had to say which teams would accept or decline the trade.

And there was one involving Hart and the Oilers, where the Flyers goaltender was sent to Edmonton in exchange of a 2022 first round pick, Jesse Puljujarvi, Dmitri Samorukov and goalie Stuart Skinner.
The two NHL executives answered that the Oilers would say no to this, so it indicates that his value went down since he began his NHL career.
