The relationship between David Pastrnak and the Boston Bruins doesn't seem to be great, and honestly it's understandable.

The Bruins made a pretty weird move by firing Bruce Cassidy. He obviously got hired by the Vegas Golden Knights, and to be honest, it was probably the best thing that could happen to Cassidy.
Boston is in a weird spot: a lot of important players will not begin the season at time because of injuries - Brad Marchand, Patrice Bergeron, Charlie McAvoy are on this list. However, injuries aren't the only problem. It really seems like the Bruins are at the end of an era.
If you are David Pastrnak, do you really want to stay there? No. Pastrnak has a lot of elite hockey to give and he wants to win. Fluto Shinzawa, who is a Bruins reporter for The Athletic, even said recently that if Don Sweeney is staying with the Bruins, there would be no chance that Pastrnak signs an extension with the team.

So, what would it take for Fletcher to acquire Pastrnak? Dan Esche, from Brotherly Puck, made an interesting trade proposition: the Flyers send Kevin Hayes, Tyson Foerster, Bobby Brink and two first round picks (in 2023 and 2024) for Pastrnak.
That's a hell of a proposition. But is Fletcher open to give as much of assets to acquire Pastrnak? Nothing is for sure...
Would you do it?
