Former Flyer' absolutely roasts the organization after details of the hiring process of the new head coach have been revealed

However, there's one thing that seems to bother a lot of people with the hiring process: the Flyers CEO, Dave Scott, hired an outside agency to provide some help to his GM in order to find the best person possible for the Flyers head coaching job.

It's not the first time that a professional sports organization proceeds as such to hire people. But this method didn't sit well with some people, beginning by former Flyer' Chris Therien. Here's what he wrote on Twitter...

Scott did pretty much everything he could to help his team, and hiring an outside agency was, in my opinion, a good move.
