Ex-Flyer Jakub Voracek Lands A Coaching Gig With This Former NHLer

Because of the accumulation of concussions that Jakub Voracek suffered during his hockey career, he had to step away from the ice.

As a result, he held a press conference in 2022-2023 at which he revealed that his doctor recommended that he step away from playing the game he loves for the sake of his health and that of his family.
Jakub Voracek has joined Jaromir Jagr's Kladno team as an assistant coach

There is no official retirement from the NHL for Voracek, but he has already found a new job; coaching Jaorimir Jagr's club in Czechia, HC Kladno.
As part of Jagr's team, Voracek will take on the role of Assistant Coach for the team.
During his 15-year career in the NHL, Voracek played 1,058 games, and scored 223 goals and 583 assists for an overall score of 806 points.
During his career, Voracek split his time between the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Philadelphia Flyers.
