The future is bright.

Chuck Fletcher, and the management team in general, often made some controversial moves when it comes to trading and signing free agents, but one thing they seem to do well is drafting.
Emil Andrae, Tyson Foerster, Bobby Brink, Ronnie Attard and Cam York are players all have a bright future ahead of them. But one that people don't talk a lot about is Flyers' 5th round pick in 2020 Elliot Desnoyers.
He's the 11th best scorer in the QMJHL with 82 points in 58 games, including 38 goals. Last night, he had his best performance since the month of December, as he registered 2 goals and 2 assists against the Baie-Comeau Drakkar.

Desnoyers' team, the Halifax Mooseheads, already clinched a spot for the QMJHL playoffs. They are 5th in the Eastern Conference with a 35-28-1-1 record.
Will he be a surprise at the Flyers' training camp in the fall? We'll see. Even if he doesn't get a spot with the big club, he will begin his professional season next year with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
He's showing a lot of promises and that's obviously great news for the organization...
