In what was a painful season in Philadelphia, finished on a high note winning their last game of the regular season in a matchup between the Flyers and Chicago Blackhawks.
The news on this night was understandably about the end of a era in Chicago with Blackhawks forward Jonathan Toews playing his last game in Chicago and possibly the NHL.
However, Toews wasn't the only player that could be calling it quits as Flyers defenceman Justin Braun is believed to be hanging up his skates after a very solid 842 NHL games. Braun got to have his father behind the Flyers bench Thursday night which had to be a special moment for the Braun family.

Overall theme was a lot of pride in his young teammates (they're why guys like me get pushed out) and gratitude to the people of Philadelphia.
