With the NHL Trade deadline approaching many NHL General Manager's are going to be glued to their phones. Including Philadelphia Flyers General Manager Chuck Fletcher.
Fletcher made one of the biggest deals in recent memory at last year's NHL Trade Deadline Day sending Flyers captain Claude Giroux to the Florida Panthers and Fletcher has made it clear that almost everyone on the roster is available for the right return, aside from Carter Hart.
One Flyer who is expected to almost guaranteed be moved is forward James Van Riemsdyk. The 33 year-old is a pending UFA with a $7 million dollar salary. This season Van Riemsdyk has 8 goals and 13 assists and according to multiple sources, it looks like Van Riemsdyk could be heading to the Minnesota Wild.
The Wild have a solid team and General Manager Bill Guerin loves players that play that style as he did back in his day Van Riemsdyk fits the bill.
