The Flyers will be back into action tomorrow afternoon against the Capitals. We know that Joel Farabee, and possibly Derick Brassard, are set to make their returns after suffering injuries.

Farabee was on the first line with Giroux and Atkinson, as Brassard was put at centre on the third line.
Kevin Hayes could also be back next week.
1. That's an interesting take. I don't know if the Oilers would be willing to make this kind of deal, but I think that a trade sending Rasmus Ristolainen to Edmonton and Tyson Barrie to Philadelphia would make some sense. The Oilers need the type of defenseman that Ristolainen is. On the other side, the Flyers blue line lacks of d-man that can run a powerplay and make the puck move fast.

If this deal was indeed to happen, there would be other parts involved, but i think that we have a solid base right there.
2. The deadline is soon. The Avalanche continues to scout the Flyers. What could Chuck Fletcher get for his captain if he sends him to Denver ? Very interesting read.
3. Yeah, we can feel it when Provorov is having the puck on his stick. Against the Blues he turned the puck over too much, as if he always wanted to make the perfect play. He's going to be fine.
4. Not Flyers related, but good move by John Tavares and the entire Maple Leafs squad. Amirov also posted the message on his Instagram. Get well soon, Rodion !
