The Philadelphia Flyers hit the road once again after the home stand as they travel to Minnesota to take on the Wild tonight at 8:00p.m. EST. Prior to tonight's matchup, head coach John Tortorella announced lineup changes and tonight's starting goalie at the Xcel Energy Center.
In goal, the Flyers go back to number one starter Carter Hart tonight. Hart sat Wednesday's victory against Montreal as a normally scheduled rest day as Samuel Ersson held down the fort as the Flyers skated away with a 3-2 win in the shootout.
Hart has been progressing along and taking on a larger workload as he gets back to full strength after missing a bulk of December with an undisclosed illness.
Along with Hart, Flyers left wing Nicolas Deslauriers comes back as he looks to get some momentum going as he was a healthy scratch in Wednesday's victory against Montreal.
Like coach Tortorella did with Morgan Frost, the Flyers look to get one of their main enforces in Deslauriers back on track tonight in Minnesota. With Deslauriers in the lineup, Bobby Brink moves to the bench as the Flyers announce Brink is out of the lineup for tonight's matchup.
