To start their Philadelphia Flyers careers, Owen Tippett and Morgan Frost were thrust into the fire. After a slow start that had fans questioning their talent, Tippett and Frost are beginning to find their stride and become key pieces to the Philadelphia Flyers offensive attack as they prepare for the Minnesota Wild tonight at 7:00p.m.EST.
For the 24-year-old right winger Tippett, his career started as a Florida Panther as his game time and minutes on ice fluctuated as he had to battle for each and every minute. After becoming a Flyer in 2022, Tippett showed he belonged as he recorded 49 points in his first full season as a Flyer.
This season, Tippett is becoming a key member of the Flyers offensive attack. In 41 games thus far Tippett has 24 points on 14 goals and 10 assists. Heading into tonight's matchup in Minnesota, Tippett has scored goals in two consecutive games, with his most recent one coming against Montreal.

Tippett has also showcased his incredible speed as a burst at the end of overtime against Montreal clocked Tippett at a speed of 24.21 mph, the fastest recorded in the NHL this season.
As for the 24-year-old center in Morgan Frost, the last week has shown an incredible display of progress and leadership. After being left out of the lineup by John Tortorella against Edmonton, Frost met with Tortorella one-on-one and has found success since and shown he deserves to stay in the lineup.
Frost has earned a point in his past three games, including a much needed powerplay goal in last Saturday's win against Calgary.
If this young duo can remain consistent alongside the new addition of
Jamie Drysdale, the powerplay struggles of the Flyers could soon be over.
