It was announced today that Rasmus Ristolainen has been reactivated by the Philadelphia Flyers ahead of their game against the New York Islanders.
He has been out since the 9th of October due to an injury that has not been disclosed.
It has been reported that the team has already used $25K of LTIR and will have more than enough salary cap coming up once the trade deadline approaches.

It is expected that they will have $6.9 million of cap space at the trade deadline, as of today, and they have $1.5 million of projected cap space at the trade deadline as of today.

They used $25K of LTIR, meaning they can finish the season with final cap hit up to $83.525M.
They have $1.5M Projected Cap Space, which fits $2M annual cap hit today or $6.9M at trade deadline
The team will be in a better position to take on a bad contract as the rebuild continues and they will be able to make a move to bring someone else on board to help younger players as the rebuild continues.
Overall, Danny Briere has been doing a great job handling the team's financial issues, and it is certainly a credit to him.
