It has been a tough season for everybody.

But for Keith Yandle, pretty much everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. His ironman streak was put to an end at the end of the campaign, and it wasn't because of his health but because of his play.

Some people weren't happy with it, but at the end of the day, Mike Yeo had to make some decisions and he prefered to give ice time to the younger players.

At 35 years old, his good years are behind him, and he could possibly take a big decision on his career rather sooner than later. According to Charlie O'Connor of The Athletic, Keith Yandle could play his last NHL game tonight against the Ottawa Senators.

Yandle played a total of 76 games with the Flyers this season, registering 19 points and minus-45 differential. During his career, the 6-foot-1 player suited up in 1108 matches, as he went on to score 103 goals and 619 points.
