With the performances of Carter Hart and Samuel Ersson this season, it doesn't seem like a goalie opening position is going to be openeing up anytime soon. Philly, however, just may be a goalie factory as one of the Flyers young goalie prospects is dominating the VHL
In his latest performance, Yegor Zavragin recorded 32 saves as he led his club Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk to a 6-1 win on Wednesday.
Zavragin has been a force all year with Yugra as he currently holds an 11-0 record on the season with a .953 save percentage and a 1.26 GAA. Absolutely absurd numbers from the Philadelphia Flyers 2023 third round pick.
Zavragin still has a bit of a way to go as he is only 18-years-old and is playing in one of Russia's lower leagues, but there's no denying the numbers. There is a possibility Zavragin could be in Lehigh Valley by the end of next season.
