Bernie Parent became the Flyers goaltender in 1967 and played for the team for four seasons till 1971. Later in his career after spending time with the Toronto Maple Leafs he returned to Philadelphia and played another six seasons with the Flyers.
He played a total of 608 games with 271 wins 198 losses and 121 ties. He also led Philadelphia Flyers to 2 Stanley Cup championships and want to combine total of 91 games with the Flyers alone.
With being so young there's a good chance that Carter Hart will surpass Bernie Parent in this category and be the all-time leader of multiple games over 48 saves.
That's quite an accomplishment already. Hart is a 24-year-old who was drafted in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, second round, 48th overall and this will be his fifth season with the Flyers organization.
He has started 23 games with 9 wins, 8 losses, and 6 overtime losses with a GAA of 2.76 and a .914 SV%
Keep up the great work Carter Hart!!
