The hand eye coordination and skill set that this generation of hockey player holds is incredible. Day in and day out these players work on this skill which can prove quite useful during the game. That was on full display last night when the Flyers played against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Flyers defenceman Cam York showed how talented he is as he scored an incredible baseball like goal against Andrei Vasilevskiy.
It's incredible to think that he backhanded the puck in midair in the top corner, but the fact that he banked it off the lightning players foot and scored the goal is even more insane.
Unfortunately, that's as close as the Flyers got as the Lightning went on to win the game 6-3.
The team will now be heading to Detroit to play a game against the Red Wings on January 25th. Game time will be 7:00 PM eastern.
