The Michigan Wolverines have been getting hit hard by a respiratory virus. The virus has forced many players to miss games, and unfortunately, it has also put a player in the hospital.

Junior defenseman, Steven Holtz, was admitted into the ICU and placed on a ventilator after getting the virus.
It is an unfortunate situation and we are hoping and praying for the best.
As a result of this virus, the team's 3rd string goalie, Tyler Shea, was forced to suit up as a forward for their game against the Minnesota Gophers.
Tyler Shea, who switched from #32 to #91, didn't have any stats in the box score, so we don't believe he got into the game, but still a great opportunity for the young freshman.
