The Flyers have locked up their last RFA forward Hayden Hodgson. He signed a two-year, two-way/one-way contract with an average annual value (AAV) of $800,000.
Hodgson spent the season last year with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms and the Philadelphia Flyers. He made his NHL debut on Mar. 24 at St. Louis where he also recorded his first NHL goal and added an assist for a two-point night.
He spent a majority of the 2021-22 campaign with the Phantoms where he posted 31 points (19g-12a) in 46 games. He ranked second on the team in goals (19), fourth in points (31) and led the team with a plus-minus rating of +6.
The 6-2, 207-pound forward has spent a majority of his career in the ECHL where he recorded a total of 44 points (22g-22a) in 98 games.
