The Blue Jackets have experienced a turbulent start to their season, with several key members of their team being benched by their head coach. In last year's draft, they secured a lottery pick, choosing Team Canada center Adam Fantilli with the third overall selection.
The team has been winless in their last seven games, including a recent matchup against the Flyers where they were defeated 5-2.
Blue Jackets fans may anticipate further challenges as the team continues to struggle, potentially resulting in another lottery pick in the next draft.
