Hockey Insider Revealed The 5 Team's Nazem Kadri Will Likely Sign With

It's hard to believe that as of today free free agent Nazem Kadri has yet to be signed. Especially after last-season. Kadri what many call a career alerting year racking up 87 points in the regular season and was a huge part of the Colorado Avalanche Stanley Cup win over the two-time defending champion Tampa Bay Lightning.
The 38-year-old London Ontario native was picked as one of the most highly coveted free agents this summer but Kadri won't be cheap to sign, as Kadri is looking for a significant raise then the $4.5 million dollars Kadri made this past season.
Kadri's made it clear a return to Colorado remains one of the top options �no surprise given what he and the Avs accomplished together. Unfortunately for Kadri the Avalanche only have about $4,000,000 dollars op cap space less then Kadri made last-season. However there is a growing list who's reported to be very interested in Kadri.
According to Avalanche Hockey Insider Peter Baugh, Kadri's set his sights on joining another contender if he does leave Colorado, and has ruled out clubs not viewed as part of that group. Baugh also reported a number of teams have been trying to work deals to clear cap space in order to sign him, which would explain the weeks-long delay.
