There appears to be a noticeable change in Bobby Brink's game this year, as he believes he is ready to take the next step and become a regular in the NHL.

His career with the Flyers has been plagued by injuries in the past, particularly when he had to undergo surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left hip. This injury kept him out of the Phantom's lineup for six months.
With the surgery and rehabilitation behind him, Brink feels prepared to embark on his NHL career and has showcased his skills in the recent preseason games, creating a challenging decision for head coach John Tortorella�whether to keep him or send him back to Allentown.

The 22-year-old right winger, standing at 5 feet 8 inches and weighing 165 pounds, was drafted by the Flyers in 2019, as the 34th overall pick in the second round. During the 2022-2023 season with The Phantoms, he played 41 games, tallying twelve goals and 16 assists, totalling 28 points, along with 15 penalty minutes.
Brink showcased his talent in a remarkable performance against the Boston Bruins, contributing with an assist, scoring the tying goal, and clinching the shootout winner in the Flyers' 4-3 victory.

Time will tell if he secures a spot on the roster, but I believe he has an excellent chance to do so, especially as the Flyers continue their rebuilding phase, and the team seeks to evaluate his capabilities.
