Is this the ideal offseason for the Philadelphia Flyers? But Chuck Fletcher would never do those trades

As we all know, the Flyers are not going into a rebuild. They want to be competitive next season, and their interest toward a player like Alex DeBrincat shows that the plan isn't to tank, even if it would probably be a better option.

Puck Empire, a well-known Hockey page on Instagram, conducted the "perfect offseason" for the Flyers. The person who runs the page took Chuck Fletcher's seat and showed what he would have done if he was the Flyers' GM.
He first traded Travis Konecny to the Wild for Matt Dumba. He then sent Ivan Provorov to the New York Islanders for a first round pick in 2023 and a second round pick in 2024. In this scenario, James Van Riemsdyk (2M$ retained) would be traded to the Seattle Kraken for a third round pick in 2023. Finally, and this is the most surprising move, he would trade Travis Sanheim to the Ottawa Senators for a conditional 2023 first round pick - that would become a 2024 first round pick if it ends up being top-10 - and a 2022 second round pick.
What would the roster look like next season, in this scenario?

I would be extremely surprised to see Desnoyers and Attard in the NHL next season. Attard showed some great flashes at the end of the season, but he's not ready yet for the NHL. In the case of Desnoyers, he will have to continue his development in the AHL before playing with the Flyers.
Those trades are very interesting, but in the case of a rebuild. Fletcher wants to make some changes, but in order to make the playoffs next season.
