Jets star want out of town: should Philly enquire?

With Winnipeg's disappointing season, there have been rumours floating around that star center Mark Scheifele may want out of Manitoba.
Kevin Fortier, host of the "Flyers Faceoff podcast", proposed a very interesting deal that may work out well for both sides.
"The Flyers should make an offer to give WPG K Hayes back to them and take Scheifele."

Fortier believes that Scheifele is the exact center the Flyers need with Giroux gone. However, Fortier may have forgotten to consider Mark Scheifle's M-NTC or modified no-trade clause. Meaning there are at least ten franchises he refuses to be dealt to. Most likely, non playoff teams like the Flyers.
"Laught+Hayes 4 Scheifele??"
Scheifele has two more seasons at 6.125 million while Hayes has four at 7 plus million and Laughton three at 5.5 million.
Scheifele has 29 goals and 41 assists in 67 games played this season.
