Joel Farabee returned to play in 82 games for the Philadelphia Flyers in 2022-2023 after recovering from neck surgery in the off-season.
«I felt like right when I came back in the season during that first 20 games, I was really sore after games and things like that. But other than just overall soreness, I really haven't had too many issues,» the Flyers forward said, via NHL.com.
He has the full off-season to take advantage of to get better and that is what he has been doing.
As far as Farabee is concerned, there are no major issues to resolve as he is still sore, but that will not interfere with his return to the ice in 2023-2024 as he is healthy and ready to compete!

«When you have the full offseason to work out, I feel like you just have that extra jump in your legs or a little extra energy,» Farabee said, via NHL.com. «You feel a lot better. Just having that whole offseason to work out, your body's just in a way better place to endure a long season.»
Joel Farabee could be one of the key pieces to bringing the team back to contention, something not seen since the 2019-2020 season.
