John Tortorella decides to bench forward for 4th straight game and reveals why
On Tuesday night, the Philadelphia Flyers will face Bruce Cassidy and the Vegas Golden Knights.
Morgan Frost has been scratched for the past three games and will be scratched again.
Torts on Frost: "I know I need to get him in. I want to get him in. I just have not seen an opening for him right now. I'm not going to put Frosty in to a checking role or play him on the fourth line. If I'm going to put hm back in, it's going to be in an offensive situation."

As a fourth-leading scorer for the Flyers last year, Frost put up 32 points in 45 games. Morgan Frost has been pulled from the lineup after a stretch of two less-than-stellar games.
Head coach John Tortorella is being questioned about Frost's long-term role with the Flyers since he has been a regular scratch.
Tortorella has removed Morgan Frost from the starting lineup for a reason. Essentially, Torts has been unable to find an opening in the lineup.
Tortorella wouldn't put Frost in a backchecking or fourth-line role since he understands that he belongs on offense.
«It's a big part,» Tortorella said. «It's just me communicating with him. It's all I can do with him now. I think about it a lot, because he has not done anything wrong. I don't think he played that well. I think he's admitted that. Other guys were playing better. I went with the other guys and I don't think they've played poorly. It bothers me, but I also have to make the decisions for the right reasons. I think Frosty understands that. We'll keep on communicating and see where it all goes.»
As a result of being held out of the lineup, the 2017 1st round pick's development will be stunted.
In the short term, Frost may find a way back into the lineup, with hope, as Tortorella isn't trying to crush his confidence.
