With the Flyers now in the hands of Keith Jones the former NHL is who played for the Flyers for several seasons shows his vast experience with his knowledge of players and people throughout the league when he spent some time on the Spitting Chiclets podcast last season.

The podcast was invited to his home to spend some time with him while he told stories of the NHL back in the early 2000s when he was playing for the Washington Capitals. He goes on about a story about how he managed to get a coach kicked off the ice as he was trying to cause some trouble since he was out of shape when the NHL lockout was raging on in 2005.

He mentioned that the way he would get away with not getting in trouble is that he would go into a tirade and try to make trouble with people on the ice so that it would take away from the idea that he was out of shape.
Former head coach Jim Schoenfeld when he coached the Capitals, was a health nut and a very fit man and was chirping back and forth with Jones. Jones told him that he would take over the skate and told Schoenfeld to leave the ice which he did which led to Jones not knowing what to say.
To see the part where he spoke about it is one hour 25 minutes 21 seconds.
