Keith Jones reveals his vision for the Flyers
Keith Jones has revealed a few ideas on how the Flyers should be constructed going forward to become competitive again in the Metropolitan Division as the Jones era begins.
The Flyers' roster has been flawed for some time, with terrible contracts that have limited their abilities to make other deals to improve their team along with major injuries that have crippled their offence. These new voices certainly give Flyers Nation hope that a change will come for the better and that the Wells Fargo centre will be loud again.
Jones seems highly motivated about the brand that is the Philadelphia Flyers. His love for the team being one of their commentators for the last number of years on NBC has given Flyers fans hope that he will change things for the better by focusing on the brand.

He also explains that the Flyers have unlimited supplies of money to fulfill what they need however with the salary cap era they will need to go in a new direction to get the spending under control and get the contracts they need to help them win.
But one of the most important points out of his plan is acquiring star talent. This particular need has been sorely lacking with this team for a long time as the better teams in the NHL have gone on, especially the ones that have been in rebuilding phases like the Flyers are about to be, this team is starving for talented players.
I have written several articles that the Flyers require a new number one centre. I think a better centreman that can stay healthy is what this team needs.
Times are changing for this Flyers team in the organization, which is good news for Flyers fans. Now it's time to see what this new management team can do and give the Flyers nation something to cheer about.
