The search for a new President of Hockey Operations has been a tumultuous journey, as reported in recent news.

The Philadelphia Flyers' front office has added another twist to the story by exploring unexpected candidates, including one from Davy Jones' locker.
The identity of the potential new President may come as a surprise.
Reports suggest that Eddie Olczyk, a prominent broadcaster for the Seattle Kraken, is being considered for a potential role in the Philadelphia front office. Anthony Di Marco of the Fourth Period has revealed that the Flyers have shown interest in Olczyk, who has been a respected NHL commentator going on 20 years now.
Olczyk has been an esteemed figure in the broadcasting scene for over two decades, having overcome colon cancer and enjoyed a successful playing career for various teams including the Blackhawks, Maple Leafs, Jets, Rangers, Penguins, and Kings. Despite his reputation, a contract dispute with the Chicago Blackhawks led him to join the Kraken organization.
