Matthew Tkachuk Goes After Player Following Dirty Hit
In last night's game between the Panthers and Coyotes, Shayne Gostisbehere delivered a very questionable hit to Aleksander Barkov, of the Panthers.
Just after the hit, Gostisbehere got jumped by Matthew Tkachuk, who saw the play from across the ice and went straight to Gostisbehere.
The hit was very questionable, as Barkov clearly had his back turned to Gostisbehere and was in a dangerous and awkward position along the boards.

I would personally label this one as a dirty hit, but that is just me.
I give huge props to Tkachuk for being the one to stand up for his teammate. I know the front office would prefer Tkachuk to be that guy, but he isn't going to just stand their when another Panther's star gets drilled like that.
You know he would hope someone would stand up for him if he was in Barkov's position.
