There's no rivalry bigger in hockey then the storied rivalry between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens. Both teams battled since the original six days, If your Canadiens fan you hate the Bruins and if your a Bruins fan you hate Canadiens.

However, you want your team to win and play hard, but you never want to see anyone injured especially like the incident that took place on March 8th 2011 at the Bell Centre in Montreal. The Canadiens were up 4-0 over the Bruins in the second period and looked like it was going to be a good night for Habs fans.
That was until the second period when former Canadiens forward Max Pacorietty would try beating then Bruins captain Zdeno to the puck near the Canadiens bench, when Chara looked to be guiding Pacioretty's head in the turnbuckle knocking him out cold.

A dead silence feel in the Bell Centre as their fallen Hab was carried off the ice on a stretcher by his teammates. Many felt Pacioretty's career was over but it could of even been worse watching the footage. Thankfully Pacioretty would make a full recovery and is still playing signing as a free agent with the Carolina Hurricanes this summer.
Pacorietty was a guest on the "Raw Knuckles Podcast" with one of the toughest sob's to ever play the game Chris Nilan. Pacorietty would relect on that incident saying:
"I was so dumb, I was like if I get my head bashed in, then I get it bashed in, If you look at the clock on that play, he pushes my head into the glass. It's a nothing play, it's me being young and stupid, like let me try and win this race at the end of a period that has no relevance on the game at all. Obviously he turns my head into the turnbuckle, but I don't remember anything else. I remember waking up in the hospital."
