Mike Yeo prepared a surprise for Isaac Ratcliffe

This is a fantastic news for the young Isaac Ratcliffe.

Mike Yeo just announced that the 6 foot 6 forward will play on the top line of the team with Claude Giroux and Cam Atkinson. To be honest, Ratcliffe deserves it with the way he played lately.

Ratcliffe has 4 points in 7 games this season in the NHL, which is a better point per game pace than when he is in the AHL (13 points in 33 games).

Scott Laughton will center a line with Travis Konecny and Oscar Lindblom. Morgan Frost will play in between Gerry Mayhew and James Van Riemsdyk.

Carter Hart is still out with an eye infection. Martin Jones will get the start for the second time in as many days.
