Nazem Kadri Took Shot At Jon Cooper's Comments

At the time, Cooper refused to provide additional details during his post game press conference, rather saying he'd address it "tomorrow". That didn't stop reporters from taking Cooper's comments, and when Nazem Kadri went on the podium, he commented about Cooper's take on his goal.

Kadri scored the game four overtime winning goal 12:00 minutes minutes into overtime. After the game, Kadri shared the following on Cooper's comments saying,

"Yeah, I'm not quite sure. You know, what he was, really, what he's thinking, why it shouldn't count? I mean that kind of confuses me a little bit. Um, Now the puck hit the back of the net, end of story. So, not sure why he'd say that."
