OFFICIAL: Philadelphia Flyers Complete First Trade of The Year

The Philadelphia Flyers have traded forward Isaac Ratcliffe to the Nashville Predators in exchange for future considerations, according to President of Hockey Operations & General Manager, Chuck Fletcher.

Ratcliffe 24, had 4 points (2 goals and 2 assists) in 26 games and 22 penalty minutes, with one game-winning goal with the Lehigh Valley of the American Hockey League (AHL). The 6-foot-5, 203 pound forward has put up 56 points (22 goals and 34 assists) and 142 penalty minutes in 162 career games with the Phantoms in 5 seasons (2017-2023).

He made his NHL debut against the Los Angeles Kings on January 9th, 2022 and wouldn't score his first NHL goal unti February 9th exactly one month after his debut against the Detroit Red Wings. The big forward has 4 NHL career points (1 goal and 3 assists) in 10 career games, and was drafted in the second round, 35th overall by the Flyers in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.
