This year has been hard for the Flyers, between injuries and bad results it's hard to tell whose fault it is. Mike Yeo made some poor decisions; Chuck Fletcher seems to know nothing about the GM job and the players look like they don't even care anymore whether they win or lose.

All of this is up for debate but one thing no one can deny is how bad some defensive pairings have been. Two have been remarkable, in the worst way!
First, Seeler and Yandle have played a total of 266.9 minutes on the ice together and managed to concede 14.4 goals. They are in the bottom 6 of all defensive pairings in the league, but they are not the worst Flyers defensive duo this season! Yandle and Connauton are the second worst defensive pairing in the league this season just behind the Scandella and Bortuzzo pairing. The stats show that they've been conceding 3.55 goals per 60 minutes.

If the Flyers don't change these blue line pairings, then it's obvious they cannot hope for better results.
