Two of the four unluckiest players in the NHL are Flyers members

When a team is having a bad season, it's in big part because some players are not performing as expected. In the case of the Flyers, you'll also have to add the injuries, but still, some skaters are not doing great this year.
Two of them are Travis Konecny and James Van Riemsdyk. In fact, those two forwards are among the four unluckiest players in the league this season.
MoneyPuck adjusted the expected goals for a player relative to their shooting talent. In the case of Konecny, he has 9 goals on the year, but the model indicates that he should at least have scored nearly 17. For JVR, who registered 12 goals this campaign, he should be at 19 goals according to MoneyPuck.
