Ottawa Senators' GM threw shades at his fans

Just imagine one second if Chuck Fletcher said the same? During a press conference, Pierre Dorion, the Ottawa Senators' GM took a shot in the direction of the team's fans. He was asked if he was going to spent to the top of the cap.

He answered that they will not if the fans doesn't show up at the arena on game days.

The Senators had the worst average attendance this season in the entire league. Only 47.8% of the Canadian Tire Center was filled with fans this season, on average.

If Dorion wants his fans to show up a little bit more, he will have to give them what they want: a competitive team. This rebuild has taken way too much time and it's the moment for the team to begin to win.
