Philadelphia Flyers Instagram Disrespects Their Own Defensemen Before Deleting it
Despite the Philadelphia Flyers taking home a 3-1 win last night against the Washington Capitals, there were obviously still some who struggled. One who noticeably struggled on the Flyers backend defensively was defensemen Tony DeAngelo, who has been benched plenty of times this year by head coach John Tortorella.
DeAngelo did earn himself an assist last night, but it came alongside a lot of risky and bad defensive plays, more then usual.
The Philadelphia Flyers Instagram account seemed to take a little shot at DeAngelo when they posted ''best defensemen of the game'' and with a photo of Tony DeAngelo, before quickly deleting it.
1. The Flyers have never done a ''best defensemen of the game'' post.
