Philadelphia Flyers Medical Staff Not Giving John Tortorella Much Information on Konecny's Injury
Travis Konecny has been out for the past two games due to an apparent upper-body injury after receiving a dirty hit from behind from a Calgary Flames defender on February 20th. Konecny only played 12 minutes of the game before he left, in gruesome pain. Konecny tallied up 1-goal and 1-assist before departing.
Today, Febuary 24th, the Flyers medical staff has still not provided the teams head coach with an injury update of any sort regarding the severity of Konecny's injury.
John Tortorella said he doesn't have much information on Travis Konecny, other than that he can't play tonight.
