During the Ottawa Senators and New York Rangers game tonight, fans held their breath�when Ottawa Senators defenseman Travis Hamonic was in the path of New York Rangers prospect Vitaly Kravstov's shot,�and took Kravstov's shot right to the throat. Hamonic immediately rushed to the bench and locker room.
The media defiantly�won't let this one slide.. the Rangers ended up celebrating freely, after scoring a goal after Hamonic was laying on the ice, the Rangers showed zero concern towards Hamonic.
Medical professionals had to wait around 20 minutes before providing an update, which terrified fans who feared the worst.�According to an update from NHL writer and insider Dan Rosen, Hamonic is doing great and is back in action.
