Player Transported to The Hospital by Stretcher During Yesterday's Game

At the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa�Ontario, early yesterday saw a match between the Ottawa Senators and the Edmonton Oilers. With a 6-3 lead late in the third period, the Edmonton Oilers appeared to have this game in the bag.

Oilers winger Zach Hyman was knocked into Senators goaltender Anton Forsberg by Senators defenseman Travis Hamonic as the Oilers circled the Senators' net in an effort to extend their lead.
Forsberg was unable to finish the game as�he was visibly in a great deal of pain and had help from the medical team to be carried off the ice on a stretcher. Forsberg has been transported to a local hospital in Ottawa, where he will undergo more testing.
