REPORT - Two Philadelphia Flyer Media Members Get Inducted Into The Hockey Hall of Fame

Bill Clement and Al Morganti are long-time members of the Flyers media and have received the highest honor in their careers in journalism. Both were inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame under the NHL media awards.

Clement, who played in the NHL from 1970 to 1982 which included the Flyers was selected by the NHL Broadcasters Association to receive the Foster Hewitt Memorial Award for outstanding contributions to the radio and television industry during his career in hockey broadcasting.
Morganti has worked for several institutions including the Atlanta Constitution, the Philadelphia Inquirer, ESPN, and then with Comcast SportsNet, received the Elmer Ferguson Memorial Award, which gives recognition in the hockey writing profession whose words brought honor to journalism.
