Rangers fans take over Wells Fargo Center: 'Let's go Rangers' chants break out

Over the decades, the NHL has built numerous rivalries that have been for the ages. Whether it's the Toronto Maple Leafs versus the Montreal Canadiens or the Colorado Avalanche versus the Detroit Red Wings in the 90s, one rivalry that will always stand the test of time is the New York Rangers versus the Philadelphia Flyers.

Tonight the Flyers were at home against the Rangers, and you could tell that there were plenty of Ranger fans in the stands with loud cheers and a let's go Rangers right at the beginning of the game.
The newly looked Rangers certainly have much to be happy about with the recent addition of Vladimir Tarasenko who they recently acquired from the Saint Louis Blues. He and former Chicago Blackhawks superstar Patrick Kane will electrify that Rangers offence.

With Kane still a day away from joining the team, Tarasenko went to work and showed his worth by allowing Mika Zibanejad an early power-play goal.
The Flyers played a close game with the Rangers and forced the game into overtime, unfortunately, the Rangers scored the winner and won the game three to two.
