The city of brotherly love hasn't had to much love to the Philadelphia Flyers General Manager Chuck Fletcher. After Fletcher didn't make many changes to improve the Flyers roster, who went 25-46-11 last season.

Despite many believing goals will be the Flyers biggest issue going into the 2022-23 season, others are concerned about goaltending. Carter Hart went 13-24-7 last season with a 3.16 goals against average, and .905 save percentage.

This has Flyers fans concerned, however there's another goaltender that Flyers General Manager could likely add if he wanted, and that's the son of former Philadelphia Flyers Captain Keith Primeau, Cayden Primeau. The Canadiens previous management had plans to make Primeau to be the successor to Carey Price. Unfortunately for Primeau Price still has a few years left on his current contract, aswell the Canadiens have Jake Allen and Samuel Montembeault as back ups.

This has a uncertain future for Primeau in Montreal. Primeau had a amazing run last season taking the Montreal Canadiens American Hockey League affiliate Laval Rocket to the Conference Finals.

Like Hart Primeau is young just turning 23 years old. Primeau went 18-12-3 last season in Laval with a 2.94 goals against and .944 save percentage. If Fletcher chose to pursue Primeau I don't think the Canadiens asking price would be to much for their number 4 goaltender, possibly a prospect and or draft pick as the Canadiens are in rebuild mode.
