The Flyers, who continue to be mired in this 10-game winless streak received some promising news regarding one of their forwards. Scott Laughton, who appeared to sustain a head injury last week is battling a shoulder injury.
Laughton, who has a history of concussion issues, took a hit in last week's game against the Montreal Canadiens and hasn't returned. The Flyers need all the help they can get and are hopeful that some of their walking wounded will make a return.
In 18 games played Laughton has three goals 4 assists for seven points and is a minus 10.
The Flyers are at home and will play the New York Islanders tonight at 7:30 PM
