With the deadline being in a few weeks, teams will be more inclined to make a move. It's particularly the case with contending organizations, and we got a great example of that late last night.

The Toronto Maple Leafs and the Arizona Coyotes agreed on a late night trade, yesterday. Nick Ritchie and a conditional 2nd round pick were sent to Glendale, while forward Ryan Dzingel and defensemen Ilya Lyubushkin will take the direction of Toronto.
This is pretty much a big win for the Leafs. They sent a player (in Ritchie) who wasn't happy with the Leafs, in exchange of two players who could be very useful during playoffs time...
