Along with Claude Giroux, Justin Braun is the other Flyers player who is very coveted upon Monday. Chuck Fletcher is asking for a 2nd round pick, and honestly, he should be able to acquire that. You just have to look at the Ben Chiarot trade between the Panthers and the Canadiens.
One team that could be an ideal trade partner for the Flyers is the Edmonton Oilers. They are looking for a defenseman, and Justin Braun is a guy that would fit well.
However, Oilers' GM Ken Holland said that he wasn't too keen to trade a high or middle round draft pick this year. So, if he wants to acquire Braun, he would have to throw a player into the deal, in addition to a draft pick.
Jim Parsons, from The Hockey Writers, came up with an interesting trade proposal. The Oilers send a 4th round pick and one of Josh Archibald, Tyler Benson, Slater Koekkoek or Dmitri Samorukov for Justin Braun.

I would prefer one of Benson or Samorukov. They are still young, and even if they will never end up as top-6, they could be an interesting piece to add on the Flyers depth.
However, I think that Fletcher should stick to his idea to acquire a second round pick for Braun. Obviously, the skater that they will select with that pick will have far better chances to be a good player in the future.
