The Nashville Predators made a weird move by putting defenseman Philippe Myers on waivers today. As a reminder, he was involved in the trade that brought Ryan Ellis to Philadelphia this summer.
Myers scored his first goal with the Predators on Thursday in his first game back in Philadelphia...
At 6 foot 10, Myers could help the Flyers this season, especially considering the probable departure of Justin braun in the upcoming days. There will be a hole to fill on the right side of the defense.
It's pretty crazy to think that despite the fact that Ryan Ellis played only 4 games this season with the Flyers, Chuck Fletcher probably is the winner of this trade...
This season, Myers registered 4 points in 27 games with the Predators.
