The Kraken absolutely fleeced the Predators last night

Last night, the Nashville Predators acquired defenseman Jeremy Lauzon from the Seattle Kraken for a second round pick in 2022.

Are we agreeing to say that the Kraken absolutely fleeced the Predators on this trade? Absolutely. At best, Lauzon is a 3rd pair defenseman that doesn't have any real impact on the issue of the game.

Anyways, the Predators judged that it was a fair price to pay, and we gotta maybe look a bit further than this second round pick. A Montreal based journalist had an interesting take on this.
