It's been a rough ride of late for the Las Vegas Golden knights. After missing the playoffs for the first time in their young existence last season, Golden knights General Manager Kelly McCrimmon has had to make so move with the Golden Knights being over the salary cap.

If that wasn't bad enough the Golden Knights learned last month they would be without their number one goaltender Robin Lehner for the complete 2022-23 season as he recovers from hip surgery.
This has caused McCrimmon to work some magic to find themselves a reliable starter for this upcoming season. It appears that McCrimmon has found his man as the the Golden Knights announce they acquired goaltender Adin Hill from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for a 4th round draft selection:
Hill was originally selected by the Arizona Coyotes with the 76th overall pick in the Last year with the Sharks, Hill was limited to 25 games thanks to injury troubles, and posted a 10-11-1 record with a 2.66 goals against average and .906 save percentage.
